# Evidence

One evidence record per delivery, built item by item as events occur and complete at terminal state. Immutable and read-only by definition — no permission can grant create or delete. The recipient of a confirmed or consignment_failed delivery can obtain the same artefacts on both tiers (N7, SL-14b) — through the delivery session that confirmed, at parasend.is/me, or by the documented interested-party procedure.
