# Reset one of Parasend's policies

`POST https://api.parasend.com/v1/reminder_policies/{id}/reset`

Authentication: `Authorization: Bearer <API key>` (a `ps_test_` key in test mode, `ps_live_` in live mode).
Send an `Idempotency-Key` header: a retry with the same key returns the first answer.

Ends the organisation's own version of rpol_default or rpol_debt_collection. Its versions stay in the history; deliveries waiting take Parasend's version from their next step. With nothing to reset it answers the policy unchanged. One of the organisation's own policies: 400 policy_not_resettable. Needs policies.update.
