Get a recipient's verification photo

GET/v1/deliveries/{id}/recipient_photos/{kind}

The passport photo page or the selfie from the ID document check the recipient's verified name came from, kept with the recipient's consent. Needs the evidence.read permission. The X-Parasend-Sha256 header carries the file's SHA-256.
